Luck7 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you and Luck7 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of luck7.cx and all services available on it — including but not limited to casino games, live casino, fish games, bingo, crash games and any associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on Luck7, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players. Where specific rules apply to particular products — for example bonus wagering conditions or game-specific rules — those supplemental terms are referenced alongside the relevant product. In the event of a conflict, the supplemental terms take precedence for that specific product.

Each player may hold only one account on Luck7. Creating duplicate accounts for any reason — including to claim bonuses more than once — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details and, where required for verification, identity documentation. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if anything changes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Luck7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to take reasonable steps to protect it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the support channel.

• One account per person — same name, address, device and payment method constitutes the same person
• Shared household accounts may be subject to verification requests
• You must not allow another person to use your account under any circumstances
• Account sharing for the purpose of circumventing limits or restrictions is prohibited

Luck7 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is provided.

All transactions on Luck7 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Luck7 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The specific methods available to you at the time of deposit may vary based on your payment provider and account status.

You agree that all funds deposited to Luck7 originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit within seconds of confirmation
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time
• Luck7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems
• Payment method details you provide must match your registered account information

Deposited funds may not be transferred between accounts. They are held in your Luck7 wallet and are available for gameplay and, subject to these Terms, withdrawal.

You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your Luck7 PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawals exceed certain amounts
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the point of request
• Luck7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or mobile wallet provider

Luck7 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or pending verification requirements. In such cases, we will notify you through your registered contact details.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving account must be registered in your name and match the details on file with your Luck7 account.

Luck7 offers bonuses, promotions and special offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to eligible accounts only — duplicate accounts will not receive additional bonuses
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or winnings must be bet before they can be withdrawn
• Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — these percentages are stated in each promotion
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active — bets exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation or exploitation of platform errors will be forfeited

Luck7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled while active bonus balances exist, affected players will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to complete existing wagering requirements or have bonus funds removed.

All games available on Luck7 are provided by third-party software providers. Game rules, odds and return-to-player percentages are determined by the relevant provider and are available within each game interface. Luck7 does not alter game mechanics or outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the server-side result at the time of disconnection. Luck7 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's side. If a game failure results in an inconclusive outcome, the bet amount will be returned to your balance.

• Game results are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer draws and are final
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots or exploits is prohibited
• Placing bets with funds suspected to originate from bonus abuse or multi-accounting will result in winnings being forfeited
• Where a game error or malfunction occurs, Luck7 may void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion

Luck7 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious error in the display of odds or game configuration, including where software malfunctions have affected the integrity of a game round.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering — depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay intent
• Claiming bonuses through false or duplicate registrations
• Allowing a minor to use your account
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit already used for gameplay
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Luck7 staff or other players through any communication channel

Luck7 takes responsible gaming seriously. All players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, losses and session time through the account settings. These tools are available to all registered accounts and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR ceiling on how much you can add to your account
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set number of minutes of continuous play
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break from gaming

Luck7 is for adult entertainment only. If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic — spending more than you intend, playing to recover losses, or gaming interfering with daily life — please use the self-exclusion tool or contact support to have your account suspended. Luck7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or payment provider
• Account inactivity for an extended period — specific inactive account policies are published in the account settings section
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Luck7 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where a balance is found to include funds from prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited. Remaining legitimate funds after investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled upon voluntary closure and any bonus-derived balance will be removed. Your real-money deposit balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luck7 excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or business arising from platform downtime, game errors or payment processing delays
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform
• Technical failures in third-party game software, payment systems or telecommunications infrastructure
• Actions of third-party service providers including game studios and payment processors

Luck7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may carry out maintenance, upgrades or emergency changes that temporarily affect availability. Where scheduled maintenance is planned, we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Luck7 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active account holders through the email address or contact method registered to the account, or through a notice displayed at login. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure through support.
